Psychological testing and assessment (construction and analysis of personality and ability tests, and other technique to measure individual differences such as interview and assessment center, response bias analysis)

Test theory (theoretical and applied study on Item Response Theory, such as item fit and person fit, unfolding IRT models, andMonte Carlostudies in the above areas)

Statistics and Research Methods (especially theoretical and applied study on Structural Equation Modeling, such asMonte Carlostudy on fit indices)

Projective testing methods (theoretical study on the Rorschach Ink-Blot Technique and Thematic Apperception Test, application of projective test in clinical and organizational settings)
